Whilst every effort has been made to avoid errors, we are only human! If you believe you have found a mistake please inform us: we are always willing to examine and, whenever necessary, correct errors.

We try to offer low prices with FREE DELIVERY for orders over £15 which all adds up to great value. What's more, you can see what your final, delivered, price will be before you need to enter any personal details. So many other sites make you register with them before they will tell you how much a purchase will actually cost you.

We also believe it is important that you know we have a physical address and a landline 'phone. You should be wary of any company that does not display a physical address on its website.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

If you make a mistake, either amend the quantity in the relevant box, or tick the 'remove' box THEN click the 'Update' button. The next page will show your revised order.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. At the point where you are asked for personal details, you will note that a 'gold padlock' will appear in the bottom right-hand of your browser, as the site has then entered secure mode.

Please note the following:

We accept credit and debit card payment online via the WorldPay payment portal.

We also accept PayPal.

Your WorldPay/PayPal payment will be taken immediately as you complete your transaction. In the event that we cannot supply you, your payment will be refunded, and your relevant account credited.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you are shopping from outside the EU, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We are unable to advise you of exchange rates.

Note that purchases for destinations other than the EU can be exempted from UK sales taxes, but you need to provide proof of entitlement. You may have to pay import duty in your own country, and we cannot advise on this matter.

Shipping And Handling All goods are sent by Royal Mail

Delivery Schedule 'First Class' orders receive priority treatment when stock is limited. Orders are usually despatched within one working day. (Please note that sometimes orders and/or payment authorizations do suffer delays within the Internet). Free Delivery is available on all orders.

If we are out of stock either temporarily or permanently, we will advise you as soon as we are able. Furthermore, if we cannot supply the item(s) you want, and you do not want any alternatives, we will refund any payment.

Adverse weather conditions or other events (eg. staff sickness/shortages) can disrupt or delay despatch and/or deliveries, and we accept no liability for any delay caused by events outside our control.

You should allow 5 working days for Second Class Post.

First Class Post is usually delivered within 1/2 working days after despatch, but this is not guaranteed.

If you do not receive your parcel within your expected timescale, please be aware that the Post Office will not regard a First or Second Class parcel as 'missing' until 15 working days have elapsed since the parcel was despatched. We regret that we can take no further action until that period has elapsed, as the Post Office will not allow a claim for lost post before then.
Furthermore, once a claim has been raised, the Post Office will write to you asking you to confirm non-delivery: you will be asked to complete and return their form (P91). When the Post Office receive your returned form they will agree the loss, and we can then re-send the item or refund your payment

Also note that the Post Office do not class Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays as working days: thus an order despatched on Friday may not arrive until Monday at the earliest. All Recorded, Special, and International deliveries will require a signature on delivery: it is therefore worth considering having such deliveries made to your work address.

International orders are generally delivered in 7/10 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will do our best to notify you. We will not substitute an alternative product without your consent.
Tax Charges All Prices include VAT(Value Added Tax) at current UK Rates.

This applies to all sales made to customers in mainland UK, Eire, and also any BFPO personnel based in an EU member state.

Purchasers from the Channel Islands, or British Forces Personnel serving outside the EU can exempt themselves from VAT on the second page of the checkout phase.

We will NOT reimburse VAT retrospectively!

It is a legal requirement that VAT has now to be levied on shipping within the EU.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

During the final phase of payment you will be passed from our Secure Server to a Secure Server owned by PayPal. Thus we never see, or hold, your payment details.

After your card has been validated, and payment effected, you will be transferred back to our Secure Server to receive your order confirmation & receipt.

Privacy Policy SportSaver do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We may contact you about a product you have ordered, or in answer to a question you have raised. We also issue an email newsletter offering new products, promotional prices or discount vouchers. Such promotions always contain an 'opt-out' option which, if exercised, will remove your name from all future mailings.

Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policya) Items that are unsuitable or no longer required

Should your new purchase prove unsuitable, for whatever reason, you may return it to us in original, saleable condition, including all manufacturer's packaging and labels, for exchange or refund (of the item cost) ideally within 7 working days of receipt, but no later than 21 days, using the 'Returns' link on the website only.

Please open the manufacturer's packaging as carefully as possible as we cannot accept back items where the packaging (other than polythene bags) has been cut or torn open, or where the manufacturer's swing tags, header cards etc. have been damaged or destroyed for the simple reason that our next customer for that item will object to receiving the item in such a condition. If you might return an item, please keep it in original (eg flat and folded) condition.

Please visit www.sportsaver.co.uk/general/returns.php , preferably within 7 days of receipt of your order and fill out the Returns Authorization Form: this will generate your Returns Authorization Number(RAN).

Unauthorized damaged, or late returns will not be accepted.

You should include a note requesting an exchange or refund. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage, and to ensure that any returned items are adequately insured. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of posting at the very least. We will only refund the cost of the goods, not any p&p or delivery charge unless we have supplied the wrong item by mistake. It can take up to 15 working days for a refund to appear as cleared funds in your account, and we will only action refunds when we have received, and inspected, the returned item(s).

b) Faulty Items

If you believe an item you have purchased to be faulty, then contact us to determine the next step. You should still visit www.sportsaver.co.uk/general/returns.php and fill out the form. You have statutory rights in law if you are a UK/EU resident, and we will always act within such laws as may be applicable (including a refund of your Second Class return Postage if an item is faulty). We also prefer to retain our customers' goodwill! Please remember that no product will last indefinitely. In certain circumstances it can be quicker for both of us if we ask you to send the item direct to the manufacturer for evaluation. This does not mean we are 'washing our hands' of your problem, merely that this can be the simplest and quickest way to get your faulty purchase rectified.

For Health & Safety reasons, all used clothing items MUST be washed before you return them. If you do not do this, we shall not inspect the goods, and will return them to you to be washed.
